We approach each customer as a person, consider your circumstances, provide important family law and divorce legal advice to you and get your divorce done with the minimum of hassle. - We will provide you with legal advice about your divorce options. - We will prepare and complete divorce paper-work. - We will liaise with your ex-partner to arrange a joint divorce or undertake service of a sole divorce application. - We will advise you of your legal rights once the divorce order has been made absolute (your divorce has been granted). Please note, there are further fees including a court filing fee and a process server fee for sole divorce application.
