If you're an individual looking for legal advice, you can post a question and lawyers can answer that question for free. Once you've got some information about your legal issue it is your decision whether it is worth taking action.
At that point, you can invite lawyers to submit fee proposals to assist you with your legal issue. The lawyer you choose is up to you.
