Business type

I run a small caf‚ at commercially leased property. I have started selling packaged goods onsite supplied by third party suppliers in addition to running the caf‚. My landlord is unhappy about this diversification of my business and is threatening to terminate my lease if I don't stop the selling of packaged products. Can the landlord dictate my business activities like this?
