My business partner and I recently decided to incorporate a company for our new business venture. We chose a company because of its limited liability and because we wanted the company (not us personally) to sign the commercial lease. However, we also like the idea of shared profits and shared agency in a partnership. If we start with a company structure, is it possible to switch to a partnership later on?
