Company is insolvent and can't pay me
I just signed a contract with a company to supply some goods, but before I paid them someone told me that they had inside information that the company was actually insolvent and wouldn't be able to deliver my order after I paid. Is this worth the risk of breaching the contract to save my money if this turns out to be true?
