Delayed claim against doctor
I was treated by a particular doctor many years ago. I recently heard that the same doctor has been sued by another patient for medical negligence. I now think that some of my ongoing health issues were caused by that same doctor's negligence when they treated me. Can I now sue them for their treatment many years ago?
