I was in a friend's car and we came to a breathalyser, but he didn't stop and the cops chased him but we lost them. I don't think they got the numberplate though, so no one is chasing us in that car. He thinks it is his right not to have to stop because it is a free country. I'm not so sure, is it illegal?
