I am a director of a small publicly listed company. Sensitive market relevant information came to hand recently, but it took some time for disclosure to be made due to carefully draw up the notice and make sure it was accurate. In the mean time we did not request a request a trading halt because we did not think it was necessary. Now ASX was unhappy about this. What should we do?
