Recently I was contacted by Queensland Transport and was advised that I have a lot of fines. I had a rough idea re the total as there were some traffic infringements. What I was not aware of was that the TOLL providers have been stinging me also for unpaid toll fees.  I have an E-Toll account that notifies me when I am low. Yes, at times I have been late in paying these, however my toll account is up to date.

How can I be charged for a unpaid toll when my account is up to date? To add to that, there is a late fee and admin fee also to each toll. There are 6 in 1 day totaling a few hundred dollars. Advice on how to proceed?
