My brother recently got into an incident at a car park where a woman and him both reversed into each other while trying to get out of their respective bays.
He is certain that they were both reversing at the same time the incident occurred.
However, the other party's lawyer has sent a letter claiming she had finished reversing out of the bay,was perpendicular to parked cars and was about to proceed straight on. However, the photos they have provided are very cropped in and the photo that my brother has shows that she is clearly still at an angle indicating that she was not ready to move straight on.
The only other witness was a passenger in the other party's car.
