Legal recourse for disclosure of personal information

Personal information about me was shared in private and trust by my husband to his sister, which has then been passed on deliberately by her to his ex-wife to use in a Family Court action to which I am not a Respondent.

This information has now been included in a court-appointed psychologist's report to the judge and so is now a matter of public record.  This was deliberate and malicious. Now I am a public figure.

What legal recourse do I have against the sister?
