I have no knowledge whatsoever on where my father stands on this. It's his first offence being caught driving under the influence of cannabis. Apparently the first statement was loss of license for 3 months but he has received a letter saying he has 12 days to hand his license in, and once the 3 months is over he has to restart the whole process of his license again starting from learners moving up. He's 64 years old and it's his first offence. Can they do this to him?
