Minority shareholder rights

I own shares in a company, and the majority two shareholders have the casting votes on anything. Recently I feel like the decisions they have voted on are not benefitting the company as a whole (such as a personal loan to one of the directors). I can't stop it though because I have a minority share. What can I do?
