At the open for inspection of a property I made an offer on, the shed was open with the rest of the house (the estate agent showed people through it), but it turns out the shed is not on the title, and doesn't belong to the land. My offer was accepted but now I see from my research that it doesn't have the shed. I don't want the house any more. Can I take my offer back?
