Loaned my ex boyfriend bond money so he could move out and he was going to repay me when he got his tax return which he didn't.  I paid the money by bank transfer directly to the Real Estate and have a copy of this transfer.   He is moving out in February and would like to reclaim this money as I know he will not return this to me.  How do I make a claim?
