A sub-contractor did a poor job of the electrical work on the construction of our family home. The head contractor told us it will need to be redone, costing us more money and delaying the overall building schedule. Do we have to pay the extra money? Shouldn't this cost be borne by the sub-contractor who did the shoddy work?
