I completed a rubbish removal job, and the client as not paid the invoice and is selling the house (vacant). I have no way of getting the money as have no idea where he is, i have heard of skip bin company's tipping the rubbish back out  beyond the letter box side of property.

I have even done this as a employee for a particular company i worked for. Is this an option for me to recoup at least the tipping costs of the job?
