Wedding cake not delivered on my wedding day

I have signed a contract for delivery of a wedding cake and other food on my wedding day. The contract says that the supplier can not be held liable if they don't deliver on the wedding day for whatever reason they deem to be reasonable This seems really unfair, is it legal?
