What do I do if I think a phone call is a scam?
Telstra rang me with an automated voice asking me to confirm my mobile number and birthday. I thought it could be identity theft so I rang Telstra and it turned out it wasn't a scam. How the hell am I supposed to tell the difference? It sounded so dodgy when they rang.
