Andrew Tudhope

Andrew has practiced as a solicitor since 1987. Accredited as a specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Society of NSW since 1997. He is a founding partner of Shanahan Tudhope Lawyers established in 1995.

In the course of managing the Litigation Group, Andrew has developed considerable experience in commercial dispute resolution including disputes between shareholders, property & buildings matters, as well as wills and family disputes.

For more than a decade Andrew was appointed by Telstra to it’s external panel of lawyers dealing with all aspects of their telecommunication property transactions and initial roll out of mobile telecommunication facilities including a substantial portfolio of licences, leases, and easement files.
