Anna has been with Nevile & Co Lawyers since 2012 where she commenced working as a law clerk part-time during her law studies at Monash University. After completing her practical legal training, she was proudly admitted as a lawyer in June 2015.
Anna helps people and companies navigate our complex and at-times confusing Court system, towards the best possible outcome. She also enjoys delivering practical and commercial advice to individuals and organisations, as well as preparing policies and agreements to help prevent people from ending up in litigated disputes in the first place. In her Wills & Estates work, Anna guides individuals and families through the estate planning process, thoroughly considering each person’s unique familial and financial circumstances before preparing Wills and other documents. She also brings her caring and efficient approach to deceased estate and will dispute matters.
Outside of the office, Anna is active in the wider legal community, being involved in the LIV Young Lawyers, and as a volunteer lawyer at the Mental Health Legal Centre. During her time as a law student Anna gained a wide variety of legal experience through local and international employment and volunteer work, including a 3 month stint with a legal not-for-profit organisation in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
