The service is provided to clients for a fixed fee. I am constantly hearing clients complain about the cost of legal fees in family law matters as well as how frustrating the whole process is. There are undue delays and the adversarial process does not seem to work for most families. This makes the process better, cheaper and more accessible. I use technology to automate paperwork, predict costs communicate with families and professionals at their convenience which maybe after working hours in the case of busy parents and professionals.

I also encourage clients to use interactive web technology and video conferencing as well as Skype. Clients can arrange an initial meeting with their assigned team member on skype or a videoconference or arrange a face-to-face meeting at an appointed meeting room to discuss the facts of the case. With virtual mediation DivorceRight provides the hand-holding for clients over the web, however if they need a face-to-face meeting this can be arranged as well.
