I am an accredited specialist in workplace relations law and have significant private and public sector experience representing employers in multiple industries, such as manufacturing, construction, mining, transport, as well as not for profit organisations and Government/local councils.

I have worked in litigation and employment teams at Clayton Utz, Australian Industry Group, Holding Redlich and in-house at a number of businesses in both construction and IT.

I have assisted employers negotiate over 100 Enterprise Agreements and have defended dozens of industrial action ballot order applications, regularly appearing in Fair Work Commission, and out onsite, representing employers in disputation with unions.

I understand the legal risks and practical implications of human resource management within the current economic climate and legal/political framework.
