Claudia Castro Taylor

Claudia has worked exclusively in Family Law since her admission in July 2003. In 2006 she completed a Masters in International Law and in 2014 she completed a second Masters: a Masters of Applied Law in Family Law. Claudia is currently completing her studies to become a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is concurrently completing her studies to become an Accredited Family Law Specialist. She is passionate and committed to be the very best Family Lawyer.
Claudia has widespread experience in both children’s matters and in property settlements. She regularly attends the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court in Parramatta and Sydney. She has extensive experience with preparing and conducing family law matters in Court. Claudia also regularly attend mediations and round table conferences and advocates, as much as possible for a non-adversarial approach before considering commencing court proceedings. Claudia has extensive experience in drafting financial agreements and court orders.
Claudia also has extensive experience working in matters involving complex children’s issues, especially in the areas such as child support, where she has gained experience not only negotiating and drafting Child Support Agreements, but also in relation to departure and lump sum applications through the Courts.
Claudia also has experience in Care and Protection and has regularly attended Children’s Court where is has represented both adults and children.
Claudia is passionate about Family Law and ensuring that clients are constantly informed about every stage of their matter.
