I am the principal of Dettmann Longworth Lawyers and I have extensive experience in commercial law, family law, property law and litigation, and I often act as a solicitor-advocate. I frequently appear in the Family Court and Federal Magistrate’s Court, Supreme Court and District Court. I was admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales on 1 June 2001 and have practiced continually since that time. On 10 October 2007 I was admitted to the High Court of Australia and I am a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, Law Council of Australia, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Collaborative Professionals (New South Wales Inc.). I am also an accredited Dispute Resolver. I have a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Legal Practice Management.
