• negotiating licensing arrangements relating to pharmaceutical patents;
• prosecuting trade mark applications and enforcing trade mark applications; and
• managing Australian and international trade mark portfolios for clients in the food and beverage, manufacturing, electronics, engineering, pharmaceutical, financial services, tourism and media industries.
David also co-ordinated the National Intellectual Property CLE Program from 2006 to 2010.
