Diana graduated with Honours in Arts/Law at Monash University. She completed a thesis in construction law litigation before working as an Associate and TEC List Co-ordinator with the Honourable Justice Vickery in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
She was admitted in 2011. Diana has worked on a number of large, complex transactions and contracts, which involved corporate advisory work and standard form services, confidentiality and reseller agreements, and loan documentation.
Her experience also includes general commercial litigation including debt recovery, contract disputes, construction and building disputes, personal injury, insolvency and insurance law.
Diana’s research papers have been published in the Melbourne University Law Review and the Australian Construction Law Newsletter.
