Emily specialises in intellectual property ("IP") and superannuation law. Her specialisation is enhanced by a Masters of Laws, which she is currently studying at the University of Melbourne.
Emily assists clients with IP registrations, maintenance and oppositions. She advises clients in respect of protecting and commercialising IP both in both Australia and overseas, and drafts documentation to protect and facilitate the exploitation of their IP rights.
Emily also advises clients in respect of self-managed superannuation fund ("SMSF") compliance and prepares documentation to facilitate transactions to and from SMSFs.
Emily graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction), majoring in Indonesian. She is passionate about what she does and prides herself on her commitment to excellence and to her clients.
