Summary
Ivan has over a decade of experience in commercial litigation, specialising in all facets of contract laws and related matters. His vast experience allows him to identify potential risk associated with special conditions within what most other lawyers consider “standard” contracts. When asked, his clients all agreed that his patience and depth of knowledge is the reason why they never hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Ivan looks beyond billable hours and always goes out of his way to ensure his clients are well protected to the full extent of the law.
His diverse client list includes: SMEs, large family businesses, first home buyers, foreign buyers, seasoned investors and property developers. He understands what it takes to go from a startup to a large business turning over tens of millions, and how a first home buyer can transition into a seasoned investor.
