His expertise in the employment space includes award and agreement interpretation, all aspects of employment contracts, unfair dismissal and adverse action litigation and occupational health and safety compliance. In the corporate space, James has worked on vendor contracts, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions and shareholder issues. In his spare time at KHQ he also will be assisting the Dispute Resolution Group as well.
