Hello, I'm Jane. I have practised in the area of family law, almost exclusively, since qualifying as a lawyer in 1996. I am experienced in family law matters, including parenting, custody, separation, drafting financial agreements (prenups and separation agreements), family violence and family litigation.
I will approach your family law issue with compassion, and provide you with clear, simple and cost effective solutions. My focus is on resolving complex property and parenting matters by skilled negotiation, without the need for court. Where that is not possible, I am an experienced litigator and will seek to ensure the best outcomes for you.
Beyond the practice, I have an ongoing commitment and involvement in the community legal sector. I strongly support equity in access to justice, and am focussed on keeping costs reasonable, transparent and affordable.
