Jennifer Hetherington

Jennifer is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with 20 years experience in family law. She believes matters are best resolved out of court, her motto being 'Conflict is not inevitable'.
Jennifer is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and experienced Collaborative Lawyer.
She currently serves on the Queensland Law Society Council, Specialist Accreditation Board and Family Law Committee, as well as the Management Committee of Queensland Collaborative Law for which she is the incoming Secretary. In October 2017 she commences a 3 year term as a Board member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
In her spare time Jennifer is the volunteer Chair of the board of Mummy's Wish, a national charity helping families when Mum is undergoing cancer treatment.
