I can advise on tax in both NZ and Australia - a unique Trans-Tasman value proposition. I have more than 20 years' experience in all aspects of tax - audits, investigations, disputes, tax litigation, structuring, financing and transactions particularly for digital or e-commerce related entities. I also advise not-for-profits and charities on their regulatory obligations and work with them to obtain tax concessions.
