JFMLAW provides bespoke, contemporary advice on employment law issues, the not for profit legal environment (with particular attention on the effects of the NDIS), and the legal rights of artists and galleries.
We know the law is changing. We know that you want to get ahead in your career, or move your organisation forward. We have 30+ years of experience to help you make that happen.
We know the law, but we want to get to know how the law can help you.
Principal Solicitor
January, 1982 - Present
I have been a practising Sydney solicitor for 30 years and I am the principal at JFMLAW (John F Morrissey & Company Lawyers) in Potts Point.
The main focus of my practice is employment law, legal advice to artists and galleries, and not for profit law, with particular focus to the way the NDIS has affected disability organisations.
At JFMLAW, we provide seminars to not for profit groups and professional associations such as BASIL (Brothers and Sisters in Law) and the Allied Health Professionals.
