I have extensive global experience leveraging my commercial and legal skills to ensure that "good ideas" are "well executed". This includes advice in relation to: strategy development; business development; deal identification and execution; licensing, R&D and M&A deals; due diligence on new product and business acquisitions; and fund-raising.

I have clients in sectors as diverse as software, biotech, pharmaceuticals, medtech, e-commerce and educational services, but always with the common thread of an innovative idea that is seeking a commercial outcome.
