He is accredited by Business Victoria as an International Trade Facilitator with 20 years experience living & working with Europe, North/Latin America and Asia markets. His principal area of practice is International Trade & Commercial Law with a dedication to assisting the vast array of issues faced by Entrepreneurs wishing to understand, participate and succeed in local & international markets.
Before becoming a lawyer, Joseph was the founder in the late 90’s of an international trade exchange with partners IBM, HP & SGS as a competitor model to the then nascent Alibaba. Unfortunately the project was shelved due to the effects of 9/11 on the ecommerce industry. The start up journey experience nonetheless gives him a unique skill-set for his business clients in being able to sit on both sides of the entrepreneurial table with a legal and commercial perspective.
