Marcus is a corporate + commercial lawyer specialising in TMT, intellectual property and privacy. He acts for clients in innovative sectors such as telecoms, medical devices, pharma, edutech, fintech and social media in Australia and overseas.
His corporate experience includes private M&A transactions, fundraising, structuring and governance. His commercial experience includes acting in technology-focused outsourcing, procurement, cloud, development, complex integrations and transition arrangements and transactions.
