I have advised clients in relation to all facets of business, commercial law & litigation. My current practice has a particular focus on the construction/infrastructure, mining and transport sectors. Having spent 20 years in legal practice, my experience covers multiple areas of law including all forms of complex commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions and superior court litigation. My expertise in drafting commercial agreements is uniquely informed by extensive complex litigation experience and I am a recognised expert in construction law and published author on Security of Payments legislation.

With significant business experience outside the law, and broad knowledge of multiple practice areas, I recognise the importance of, and practise with commercial acumen and practical skill.

During my years as a solicitor I have acted for a range of significant organisations including Hunter Water, Mine Subsidence Board, Coal Mines Insurance, Enviropacific, Pacific Carbon, Arenco and the Bloomfield Group (as in-house General Counsel).
