Mike Steell

Mike’s key areas of practice include all forms of property acquisitions and disposals, commercial, industrial and retail leasing and water access licences.
Mike has significant experience in all aspects of conveyancing – from drafting of and providing advice on contracts for sale of land and carriage of acquisitions and disposal matters to advising on and preparation of all forms of options.
Mike also has a strong background in property development having coordinated off the plan developments across New South Wales.
Mike also frequently acts for major commercial and retail landlords and is regularly involved in large scale leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants. He is frequently called upon to advise on the resolution of complex leasing disputes of both landlord and major national tenants.
