Nick Mann has over 15 years of legal experience. He was admitted to practice law in 2006, and since that time has practiced in a range of areas of personal injury in the ACT, NSW and Victoria.
Since 2011 Nick has been engaged in policy advocacy in relation to the National Disability Insurance Scheme, appearing before Parliamentary Committees and publishing articles in relation to the legal impacts of the NDIS.
In 2013, he took up a role as a Principal Lawyer at the Office of the Attorney General, Samoa. He was responsible for overseeing all civil litigation filed by and against the Government of Samoa, focussing on medical litigation, medical disciplinary matters, and mental health and public health policy.
In 2015 he became a Victorian accredited specialist in personal injury law.
In March 2017 Nick completed a Masters of Health and Medical Law at the Melbourne University.
Until December 2016 Nick was the Practice Group Leader of the Victorian Medical Law Department of Slater & Gordon.
Nick is the founder and principal of Polaris Lawyers, a boutique Victorian personal injury law firm.
He is a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne - Melbourne Law School.
