We are an "elder law" practice, that is we provide services for the range of concerns for the older person. These include, and we mainly concentrate on, wills/estates/probate, will disputes, powers of attorney, recovery of assets arising out of elder financial abuse, disability and protective testamentary trusts for disabled children, granny flat agreements and guardianship/VCAT.
