I have held positions as Legal Counsel, subcontracts / contracts specialist in corporate governance roles, mining project and construction agreements (worth up to $700 million financial & non financial), rail corridor construction matters within the Pilbara, head contract project negotiations / drafting / reviewing, future acts compliance / company compliance, advising on mining tenements in relation to native title law, advising on environmental impacts / government approvals under Part3A/5 projects, leading negotiations / meetings and attending to brief on litigation matters.
