Rebecca is a holistic lawyer who focuses on the solution. Rebecca walks her clients through the entire process and reaching the long term goals required by her client.
Rebecca draws on the firm footing of her experience in commercial litigation, succession and protective matters/elder law. Before commencing at Macalester Lawyers, Rebecca has worked in the eastern suburbs of Sydney and Sydney CBD in private, well regarded law firms handling matters for clients who require personalised and well-rounded legal advice to ensure the asset management (commercial leasing/conveyancing/entities), succession (wills/trusts/enduring powers of attorney and guardianship) and potential family matters (business partnership disputes/family law) are all considered in the context of any potential claim or decision.
Rebecca has developed well rounded speaking and training skills formalised by completing the Cert IV Training and Assessment. Rebecca works with organisations to develop and teach essential compliance and risk mitigation strategies including leadership and negotiation management. Due to her involvement in the training industry Rebecca provides legal advice to RTO’s.
Graduating with a Law degree from UNE, Rebecca has applied her learning in the challenging legal context of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to achieve the skills required to act as advocates in rural and remote areas. This has included the development of international training programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, travelling to China and Vietnam.
As a speaker Rebecca has represented organisations and business at national conferences and international events.
