I am a workplace relations and migration lawyer, and Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1680139) at Rigby Cooke Lawyers.

I provide workplace relations and migration advice and representation to businesses and senior employees across a diverse range of industries and sectors. I have a personable style and a focussed and pragmatic approach to advising clients.

I represent clients in a broad range of workplace law areas including:
- unfair dismissal and general protections claims;
- OHS;
- post-employment restraints;
- employment contracts and policies;
- workplace investigations;
- termination, redundancy and restructure;
- WorkCover claims and return to work processes;
- union right of entry, enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes;
- discrimination, bullying and harassment in the workplace;
- employment advice for executives or senior employees; and
- employment-related litigation, for businesses and senior employees.

I assist in preparing and advising regarding Australian business, investment and employment visas, including:
- for high net worth individuals, regarding permanent or temporary business and investor visas;
- for overseas and Australian businesses, regarding hiring overseas workers; and
- for Australian businesses, regarding sending employees overseas to work.

I am a committee member of the Workplace Relations Section Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Justice Committee of Victorian Women Lawyers.
