Theresa Moltoni Oam

Theresa is the Managing Director of IRIQ Law. She is the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Queensland (CCIQ). Theresa is also a Non-Executive Director of Sunsuper and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI). Theresa is the Founding Chair of the Dancing CEOs annual event which raises money for vital support services for victims of domestic violence.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southern Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. Theresa was admitted to the Supreme Court on 2 May 2017. She was awarded an OAM for service to Industrial Relations in the 2016 Queens Birthday Honours.

Theresa has served as Vice President (Employer) of the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland (IRSQ), is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Queensland Law Society and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Theresa's background includes:

* 4 years at WorkPac, initially in the role of HR/IR Director and subsequently in the role of CEO
* 4 years as Global Head of Human Resources at leading retailer Super Retail Group
* 11 years at Telstra, where in the last 6 years she held a Senior Executive HR role in Telstra’s Mobile Communications Group
