  I'm an IP lawyer and registered trade marks attorney.

  I work exclusively in the field of brand protection, covering the full range of trade mark services, from local and international trade mark search, filing and prosecution through to disputes, trade mark oppositions, cancellation actions, litigation and enforcement.

  I've had great success in prosecuting 'hard to register'​ marks and have a strong track record obtaining registration of wholly descriptive word marks (often where others have previously failed!) and overcoming objections based on conflicting marks.

  I believe in delivering clear, no-nonsense, business-relevant advice. No voodoo lawyer-jargon, no hedging bets, no time wasting.

  I've been featured in various online and print publications including Intellectual Property Magazine, SmartCompany, Commerce & Industry, Nett and IP Australia's 'Your Business Edge'​ magazine. I'm a regular speaker on trade marks and brand protection matters and have been presenting an annual lecture to RMIT business and entrepreneurship students for a number of years.

  Away from the office, I spend time chasing (or being chased) my three young children, dabbling in web projects and playing the 'happiest instrument in the world'.
