We practice exclusively in legal areas relating to community living. The future is density. Our practice starts with management rights and body corporate law, moves to manufactured home parks and then finishes with aged care and retirement living. Our services extend to all matters that people participating in those industries will face – from transactional work, regulatory advice, dispute resolution and litigation and employment related issues.

Every law firm says they are different, but we actually are. Our specialisation allows us enormous depth in each of the areas in which we practice which means clients can get very clear and concise advice on any issue facing them. We are boutique enough to be able to offer a range of fee options, with fixed fees being one of our specialties. Knowing what we do about our industries means we usually don’t need to spend hours researching meaning we are both guessing at the end cost.
