I would like to make a company under a certain name, but that certain name isn't trademarked nor is the domain. I would also like to acquire a domain name under the same name as my company, but the domain name is taken. If I register a trademark for my company and start my company, can I then try to take over the inactive domain?. Of coarse I would do everything legally and correct. The domain is a .com domain
